  • Game Changer Trailer: Ram Charan’s Fight Against Corruption Topped With “Unpredictable” Swag

The trailer of Shankar’s first Telugu film Game Changer, featuring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani in lead roles, was unveiled by filmmaker SS Rajamouli at a Hyderabad event on Thursday. Action, emotion, drama, larger-than-life spectacle with a dollop of Ram Charan’s “unpredictable” swag – the trailer promises an entertaining ride throughout.

In the film, Ram Charan will be playing double roles of a father-son duo. The trailer begins with Ram Charan’s IAS officer asking the folk not to fall prey to the trap of hoarding. Soon, he is seen in several looks, leaving fans invested. The real drama intensifies when Ram Charan takes on a corrupt Chief Minister, who will make an attempt to create havoc in the star’s personal life as well.

Kiara Advani, who plays Ram Charan’s love interest in the film, steals the show with her beauty and charm. Ram Charan’s one-liners also add layers to this potboiler. In one scene, Ram Charan tells the corrupt minister, “You will remain in power for 5 years. I will be an IAS officer till death.” Can you beat the swag?

The trailer ends with Ram Charan, clad in a lungi, hanging from a helicopter with a sword in one hand. We didn’t expect it coming. As the global star sums up his character in the end, “I am unpredictable,” we believe him. Take a look at the trailer here:

  • Deva Trailer: Shahid Kapoor’s Mafia Arc In Police Uniform

The trailer of Shahid Kapoor’s Deva is out on Friday. The two-minute trailer, devoid of many dialogues, only let Shahid Kapoor’s gun do the talking. The action-packed and adrenaline-pumping intense trailer shows Shahid Kapoor as a police officer, who’s called “mafia” by his colleagues for his “hooliganism”.

The encounter-specialist calls himself a “mafia” in one scene. A police officer, who doesn’t think twice to shoot a man, hesitates to fire a gun at the end of the trailer. What actually changes his temperament – we have to wait to get the answer till the film releases in theatres.

In the poster, Shahid Kapoor looks raw, fierce and deadly. Smoking a cigarette, Shahid Kapoor’s look will make you remember his characters from Kabir Singh and Udta Punjab.

The poster has more in store than what meets the eye. In the background of Shahid Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan’s cult pose from Yash Chopra’s Deewar is peeping out, leaving fans intrigued and invested.

Backed by Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films, Pooja Hegde will play the role of a journalist in the film. The film also features Kubbra Sait and Pavail Gulati in pivotal roles. Directed by Rosshan Andrrews, Deva was initially slated for release on February 14, 2024. However, the release date has been preponed to January now.

Last year, Shahid Kapoor hinted that his character in Deva was “dark and menacing”. He uploaded a post-workout black and white selfie on his Instagram Stories. The actor let his biceps do the talking in the image.

  • Dhoom Dhaam Trailer: Yami Gautam, Pratik Gandhi’s Wedding Night Gone Wrong

The trailer of Yami Gautam and Pratik Gandhi’s Dhoom Dhaam is out now. The trailer promises a roller coaster ride of drama, action, emotion, topped with a dose of laughter. After all, when a seemingly timid bride fires a pistol during her wedding night, a chaos is bound to follow.

The trailer opens with Yami (Koyal) and Pratik’s (Veer) wedding night. An intruder (Eijaz Khan) barges into the newlyweds’ hotel room and enquires about a mysterious ‘Charlie’. While Veer confronts the intruder, his new bride Koyal doesn’t think twice to fire a pistol to save herself and husband from the clutches of a goon.

The chaotic run seems to get longer than expected, as the newlyweds are completely clueless about Charlie’s identity, while the goon won’t let them go without cracking the details of the mysterious man’s whereabouts.

The trailer is replete with gun shots, crazy action sequences and one-liners (mostly delivered by Yami Gautam).

Yami Gautam busts the gender stereotype as she emerges as a fierce, no-nonsense bride who can protect her husband from an impending danger.
